Professional Chef, Apprenticeships, Nutrition and Health Qualifications for Private and Public Sector Caterers.
Are you working in, or considering working within, the Hospitality & Catering or Care Sectors?
The Cotswold Chef Food Centre is part of the FEAST Network established to enhance formal qualifications for public and
private sector caterers. We welcome Chefs, Cooks and support staff from schools, care homes, prisons and hospitals. We can offer bespoke
practical or theory based sessions, QCF units, through to complete qualifications.
We are also pleased to be able to enhance the education of all people of all ages and can enrich pre apprentice, apprentice and NVQ q
ualifications to ensure that your learner really is a cut above the rest. The “value added” activities which we offer help
to support their basic programmes and really can make a difference in attitude, skills, confidence and knowledge – which will then benefit
both staff and customers back in the workplace.

and to ensure that the food they serve or sell is perfectly safe to eat.
- Healthier Foods and Special Diets CIEH L2 - This qualification has been designed to provide a good, basic understanding of
nutrition for all employees in catering environments involved in the selection of menus, recipes and ingredients. It is also relevant for

It is our goal to always go beyond the minimum delivery and content required so that we inspire participants to go the extra
