The Cotswold Chef Food Centre
The Food Centre is the “hub” for food education and learning in The Cotswolds.
It embraces everyone from young to old, amateur to professional, private to public, farm to fork – anyone who wants to
learn about food and drink without any of the pretence and in truly beautiful and comfortable surroundings.
What does it do?
The Food Centre is a place full of food and cooking talent. It is the home of Saturday Kitchen and Holiday Cookery Clubs for adults and
young people. It hosts regular bespoke cooking activities and tasting clubs, and balances The Cotswold Chef private work with the
charitable work of The Wiggly Worm.
In addition, the centre is a place for food producers looking to develop and showcase products to the wider world and our team will inspire
entrepreneurs and others into careers in the hospitality industry, farming and food production
Where is it?
The Food Centre is set within the grounds of the beautiful Royal Agricultural College, only minutes from the Cotswold capital town of
Cirencester and within easy reach of Kemble Station which has a direct service from London.

Who runs it?
The Cotswold Chef Food Centre is run by permanent staff that are fully trained in relevant food and teaching
qualifications, as well as risk management and child protection. Not only that, they have a passion and insight into the world of food
education that no other ordinary cookery school has. And of course Rob Rees MBE, a Director of The Cotswold Chef Food Centre, brings
a unique stance and experience that makes this “hub” so special.
