The dates listed below are just a sample of tasters, courses, lunches and dinners we have on offer. If you and friends are looking for other ideas of practical sessions click here for even more sessions that we love to deliver. 1. Fancy a Day in Life of a Chef? - this day starts from 10am until 3pm and is held at our partnership eaterie Star Bistro. Come and join the team there to produce real food for real customers in real time. This is suitable for anyone aged 11 years upwards and costs £75 per day excluding VAT. This exclusive day includes a two course lunch and we recommend you invite a friend or family member to come and eat with you at the end of the day to enjoy your hard work. You can book one, two or as many days as you would like to experience.

2. Chocolate Lovers Course - this two hour session, from 11am until 1pm, delivered at The Cotswold Chef Food Centre, will showcase how to cook and indulge yourself in chocolate. At a great value price of only £35 per person plus VAT this is a fantastic fun morning.

Due to a group postponement this course, originally scheduled for 27th April, will now take place on June 8th.

3. The Cotswold Chef™ Junior Chefs Programme (Level 1)
This 3 day programme will develop the culinary skills of young people from the ages of 11 - 16. In full Chef's whites you will indulge in a professional chef programme set to inspire and motivate young people. This is a perfect activity for the half term holiday. Every participant will get Food Safety training, chef jacket, meals on site and the chance to work in an industrial kitchen. £155 for the full 3 days per person. We also offer a 5% discount on second sibling.

4. Food Revolution Day Supper
To support Food Revolution Day and make it distinctly Gloucestershire we will be holding a cookery demonstration and hosting a 2 course supper using the finest local foods at Star Bistro for just £18 per person. (This event must be booked directly with Star Bistro on 01242 535984)

5. Cheltenham Food and Drink Festival - Midday, June 15th 2013 - for the price of entry into this great food festival come and see Rob Rees MBE and Phil Vickery MBE cook together on stage in The Chef's Theatre.
(Tickets for the festival are only available directly with the festival organisers).

6. Everhot Oven Owners Days - these exclusive days for existing Everhot owners are available on May 14th and June 18th from 10:30am until 2pm at a cost of £155 per person and £230 per couple. If you are not an existing owner but key to explore this amazing range oven do visit www.everhot.co.uk to see when they are holding open days at which The Cotswold Chef do demonstrations.

7. Summer Festivals - we will be out and about all over the place but do keep an eye out for us delivering hands on practical cookery sessions at The Cotswold Show and hoepfully Gloucester Quays in July. Updates to follow.

8. Big Eat Cotswolds - this is an early heads up to a great event hosted by Star Bistro on October 31st where medal winning paralympian Hannah Cockroft and our own amazing paralympian Mel Nichols ( we love her) will be cooking head to head, F word style, for dinner. This is a unique cannot be missed event at just £30 from 7pm. (This event must be booked directly with Star Bistro on 01242 535984 and we advise booking asap)
